What is SALT?


The group, which started in 2002 in London and the South East, is run as an experiential, participative and co-operative peer learning community which uses consultancy, feedback and supportive challenge to encourage people to work at their learning edge. A safe space is co-created for reflective learning and action where themes are allowed to emerge and unfold.

Members explore and inquire into issues such as:
An important part of the time together is a walk outside, usually after lunch. This time outside seems to bring another dimension and quality to the work, which people really value and find helpful.

If you are interested in joining you will first meet the facilitators, Helen Turner and Trevor Sharman, to find out more about what is involved and to explore any queries you may have. You will then be invited to attend a session and following this given some time to decide to join for a series of sessions.
